I have to know: Did you make this costume yourself? If you did, can you tell me how you made or where you found the boots? I was thinking of going as Sailor Mercury to Anime Boston this year and would really appreciate the tip.

Awesome cosplay by the way. There are people that think they can cosplay and then there are people like you who take it seriously and REALLY knock people's socks off. I really wanna have that with me sm cosplay so any help is appreciated.
